Dr. Shari Guerra, a passionate advocate for individualized student learning, has recently joined Brightmont Academy as the new Campus Director in Phoenix, Arizona. With over 22 years of experience as an educator, administrator, and community member, Dr. Guerra brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to student success. With undergraduate degrees in Education, master's degrees in Special Education and Administration, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, she is poised to lead the campus into a new era of personalized education.

In her new role, Dr. Guerra is dedicated to fostering an environment where students are empowered to recognize their worth and achieve their full potential. Her leadership style focuses on creating a nurturing atmosphere that adapts to each student's unique needs, bringing learning to life and aligning perfectly with Brightmont’s innovative one-on-one educational model.
