Is one-to-one learning right for my child?
As an accredited private school, our curriculum includes math, language arts, science, social studies, foreign language, and electives for 1st through 12th grade. For high schoolers, we offer both Advanced Placement® and Honors courses.
When students complete course requirements, they earn a high school diploma from Brightmont Academy, which is recognized by colleges and universities. Our students receive acceptances from colleges and universities across the country; check out the prestigious colleges

Scholarships
The Arizona Department of Education’s
Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) provides education funding for qualified students with learning disabilities. Brightmont Academy is happy to offer complimentary application assistance to families with students who may qualify. Using ESA funding, students can enroll at Brightmont Academy as their full-time private school, for an individual course, or for tutoring.

CEO of Brightmont Academy, and Campus Director of the Tempe, AZ Campus
As the president and CEO of Brightmont Academy and campus director of the Tempe campus, Karen is deeply involved in every aspect of school operations. Karen is ecstatic to connect directly with students and their families to understand the challenges, needs, and accomplishments of each student. Karen's warm and approachable nature and her ability to connect students with customized academic solutions that fit their needs help families feel right at home at Brightmont.
With extensive experience in education and degrees from the University of Michigan and Kellogg's Graduate School of Management, Karen uses her expertise to ensure Brightmont is a leader in private 1-12 education. She truly believes one-to-one instruction is the key to helping students who need an alternative to traditional school succeed.
