New students can enroll at any time with open enrollment all throughout the school year. Summer often presents an opportunity for students to explore their interests, strengthen their skills, and prepare for the future. Brightmont Academy recognizes the importance of utilizing this time effectively and offers a range of programs designed to keep students engaged and motivated during the summer break. Heinz explains, “It seems like prospective students and their families begin looking into summer enrollment earlier every year. Plenty of students are looking for credit retrieval courses, skill building opportunities in math, reading and/or writing, and ACT/SAT prep programs. Another trend I've noticed is for students to take high school courses in their most challenging courses here with us so that they can avoid doing so in crowded classrooms where they feel they cannot learn as effectively.”
