Private School in Redmond Specializes in One-to-One Instruction for 1st-12th Grade Students

Redmond, WA – In 2022, 17.7% of high school students did not graduate on time in Washington. Some students may not be able to graduate on time due to failing a required class. Students who have fallen behind in their coursework have the opportunity to get back on track by enrolling at Brightmont Academy.

Brightmont Academy is a nationally accredited private school that offers a flexible, customized learning alternative to traditional schools. Students are able to maximize their available learning time and may be able to accrue credits more quickly than in traditional classroom-based schools - a great strategy for students who are behind on credits but still want to graduate on time with their cohort. “As a fully accredited school, we offer courses for credit and have many students that take courses with us for credit recovery or for grade replacement. Instructors will spend extra time on topics the student may find challenging and move quicker through content the student feels comfortable with. We also offer tutoring after school where our knowledgeable, caring instructors help students directly with their assigned coursework and help them to master the material and fill in gaps where needed,” said Kerri Resing, Campus Director of the Redmond location.

New students can enroll at any time with open enrollment all throughout the school year. Brightmont Academy is open year-round and offers customized scheduling, allowing students the flexibility to balance priorities. Resing explains, “We offer courses year-round and can help your student take the classes they need to graduate on time or as close to June as possible. If your student needs additional courses over the summer to make up credits or to accelerate their learning, we are able to help with that as well.”

This proven model effectively serves students who have learning difficulties, those who want to accelerate their studies, and those whose needs aren’t met in traditional schools. Resing adds, “Brightmont really prides itself on creating an environment that is warm and welcoming for all students; we want them to feel comfortable here! Instructors work to meet students where they are at and adapt their teaching style and pace to each individual student, which helps each student progress and also builds confidence in learning. Student success is our number one priority.”

Brightmont Academy's Redmond, WA campus is located at 7345 164th Avenue NE, Suite I-135 in and is currently accepting enrollments.

Brightmont Academy is an accredited private school that provides one-to-one instruction. One experienced teacher works with one student throughout every learning session. Customized full-time programs and individual courses are offered for grades 1-12. Students can also receive individualized tutoring for all 1-12 subjects, study skills, and test prep. Brightmont Academy has served thousands of students since 1999, and has 16 campuses in Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, and Washington.
