New Campus and Director in Phoenix Celebrates One-to-One Instruction for 1st-12th Grade Students
Phoenix, AZ — Brightmont Academy, a nationally accredited private school renowned for its one-to-one instructional model, proudly announces Dr. Shari Guerra as the new Campus Director for its Phoenix location. With over 22 years of experience as an educator and administrator, Dr. Guerra brings a strong commitment to student success and individualized learning. She holds degrees in Education, Special Education, Administration, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership.
Dr. Guerra’s leadership style focuses on empowering students by creating a nurturing environment that adapts to their unique needs, aligning seamlessly with Brightmont’s mission of personalized education. “Joining the Brightmont team as a Director for their 19th campus in Phoenix is an honor,” Dr. Guerra shared. “This campus has immense potential to make a positive difference in the lives of our students and families. With Thanksgiving approaching, Dr. Guerra expressed her gratitude for the Brightmont community and its collaborative spirit. “This Thanksgiving, I am deeply thankful for the remarkable students, dedicated staff, and supportive families who make our school a place of growth, learning, and kindness,” she said. “Together, we cultivate a community where every individual is valued, and every day brings new opportunities to inspire and bring light to learning.”
Keith Jackson, Brightmont’s Marketing Director, highlighted the efforts of campus directors and the joy brought by the students they serve. “We are so thankful this season for all our students and teachers and campus directors. Our students give us so much joy on a daily basis,” Jackson noted. “For many, it’s their first time in an environment that is catering to them and only them.” Jackson acknowledged the vital role of campus directors, praising their dedication and ability to balance various responsibilities to ensure student success. Phoenix’s new campus is starting to blossom under the leadership of Dr. Guerra and already many students are finding the education they need and a place to belong.
