Georgia Scholarship SB10
The
Georgia Promise Scholarship Program
provides families with financial support to explore educational opportunities outside of the public school system. The
Georgia Special Needs Scholarship
provides scholarships for qualifying Georgia public school students with an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or a 504 plan in specialized areas.
Student Eligibility:
Georgia Promise Scholarship
- enrolled in a Georgia public school for 2024/2025 or entering kindergarten for 2024/2025
- parent resides in the attendance zone of a public school included on the Governor's Office of Student Achievement (GOSA) list
- must have resided in Georgia for 1+ year, exception for active-duty military
- are not recipients of the Georgia Student Scholarship or the Georgia Student Scholarship Organization Scholarship
Georgia Special Needs Scholarship (GSNS)
- currently resides within Georgia and has been a resident for at least one year, exemption for active-duty military
- has an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) in effect the previous school year
- attended a Georgia public school the year prior
