Meet Morgan Tanner

With more than 20 years of instructional experience, Morgan is a trusted mentor and advisor to both students and families. He is passionate about learning and inspires students to achieve at their highest potential.
After three years as a K-12 teacher using the one-to-one instruction approach, Morgan has deep understanding of how to design the most effective plan for each student. He encourages each teacher to relate studies to students’ personal interests to keep them more engaged and focused on their learning. Morgan’s decades of college level teacher experience gives him the real-world knowledge to better prepare students for the academic expectations of higher education.
In addition to his passion for education, Mr. Tanner is an experienced archeologist who has participated in excavations in the Middle East and in the United States. He is a nationally rated chess player and has acted in community theater.
Morgan holds two master’s degrees in history and international and area studies. He has a bachelor’s degree in archaeology and anthropology.
