Meet Vincent Montoro

Campus Director
At Brightmont Academy, Vincent’s focus is serving the ‘whole child’ and finding creative solutions to improve learning outcomes.
For the last 16 years, Vincent has lived in Michigan and is a well-respected, private school educator and administrator. Throughout his career as both a middle and high school teacher and principal, he has successfully combined best practices from traditional classroom learning with current educational research.
Vincent earned a Ph.D. in leadership from Andrews University in Michigan, and he received masters’ degrees in education from Concordia University in Wisconsin, and in Christian Thought from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Illinois.
In addition to teaching courses as adjunct professor at several colleges, Vincent is a frequent speaker at regional conferences for teachers and school administrators. He is active in his church and several community service organizations, and values his long-time role as baseball coach working with middle and high school youth. Vincent keeps up an active and healthy lifestyle, and enjoys running, biking and cross country skiing, among other activities.
