Meet Sue Estrada
Northville Campus Director
SUE Estrada, ph.D.
Sue knows that true learning takes place when a teacher recognizes what a student needs to fully understand key concepts. She values the one-to-one instruction approach because teachers have the time to explain or elaborate on ideas in unique ways that help each learner succeed. Sue is dedicated to creating and nurturing a lifelong love of knowledge in students.
With over 15 years of experience as a teacher and administrator in local schools in Michigan, Sue understands the challenges students face and how to approach their individual needs. By collaborating with teachers and families, she ensures the most effective learning plan is designed for each student.
Sue graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and a master’s degree in teaching and curriculum. She earned her doctorate in professional studies in education from Capella University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
"Education is most successful when it is about the whole child. I am very excited to be part of a school that focuses on each student as an individual."
